One of my earliest, and fondest, memories is standing on a stool in my Grandmother’s kitchen baking cupcakes with her.
Many years later when I had my own children, I made a promise to myself that I would make their birthday cakes every year.
This is when my journey into cake decorating started.

Many years later when I had my own children, I made a promise to myself that I would make their birthday cakes every year.
This is when my journey into cake decorating started.
I realised that the many hours I spent pouring love into their cakes, that I truly loved what I was doing.
I attended courses to develop my skills and strived to make every cake better than the last.
This passion has now grown into a business. I feel so privileged to meet couples who are at the beginning of their own journey together and create wedding cakes and cakes for extra special celebrations.
I work with care and dedication, getting to know my clients to ensure the cake I design is truly bespoke to them.
I pride myself on my cake flavours, finishing, attention to detail.
The business has grown over the past few years and I often pinch myself that we now have a Shop and very own Bakery too.
After a career in the Finance Industry I took a break to join my wife Kelly to co manage our family business - and decided not to go back!

Although I do now bake Kelly’s recipes from scratch, my main role is to manage many aspects of the business. Including the shop, staffing, the bakery I am of course chief baker of our Pasteis de Nata!
